I'm always up to a Pamela's challange :lol::lol: This is what I did:

4 TBS Pamela's

2 TBS cocoa powder

4 TBS sugar

1 egg

1 TBS oil

3 TBS milk

splash of vanilla

mix, microwave 3 minutes

It worked BEAUTIFULLY!!! I'm eating it in between typing :P

I just made this - YUM! It was the perfect amount for 2 servings. Next time I think I'll add some chopped nuts on top. Mmmm, thanks!

This could also be the perfect instant substitute for HoHos--after you dump it out of the mug, cut it lengthwise into 4 or 5 "logs," roll in buttercream, and drizzle with chocolate glaze!!

They wouldn't look like HoHos, not being rolled up jelly-roll style, but hey, it was always the chocolate/buttercream combination (especially the buttercream) that I liked so much, anyway!

I've made this the last four nights. It works great. I used Pamela's Mix, regular milk and mixed in a few tablespoons of chopped nuts (no c-chips). Served it with unsweentened whipped cream.

My non-gluten-free dh loves it but dosen't believe it's gluten free. I'd serve this for guests.

Hey, guys! I'm loving all these variations and different experiences with the 3 minute cake. Just wanted to add, I picked up some small silicone bundt (sp?) cake pans and the dollar store the other day. Seriously, they were a buck each. They are nuke-able, so I made the cake in the little mold....they pop right out and look like a perfect little mini cake! Here's my big idea...

Make a big bag of the mix and keep it in the freezer. Then, for guests...

make the cakes in the little pans (just measure out the right amount for the number of pans you need...at 1$ each you can buy enough for a whole dinner party and still spend less than you would on one big one!), and while they're cooking throw some dessert plates in the freezer. Take the plates out, and drizzle melted chocolate (or just use chocolate syrup!) on the plates. Unmold the cakes onto the decorated plates, and sprinkle the tops with powdered sugar. Voila! very impressive, but very easy chocolate desserts! I even dropped some chocolate chips into the hole of the bundt cake (it doesn't go all the way through) and let them melt.

Hooray for fast cake!

The recipe sounds great, but the nutritional info has to be wrong. Anything that has butter, sugar, eggs has calories.

Oh, no! So THAT's why I mysteriously gained 10 pounds since I went on the Chocolate Cake Diet....man, what a let down! LOL...that post had me going for a second there, too. Chocolate cake in 3 minutes....AND it's calorie free? Shucks, too good to be true!

After much experimentation, the following recipe is the one that I and my family like best.

1 coffee mug ( I prefer a small bowl)

4 Tbs featherlight flour mix

1/4 tsp xanthum or guar gum

4 Tbs sugar ( I like a little extra)

2 Tbs Hersheys Cocoa

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking powder

1 egg

3 Tbs milk or substitute

2 Tbs melted butter or margarine

1/2 tsp vanilla

I follow the other mixing suggestions, but put the cake in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and then add the chocolate chips (this keeps them from all settling to the bottom of the cake)

I only cook it for 2 min 30 seconds in my microwave, but cooking times vary.

Topping it with creme cheese frosting isn't necessary but sure is good!

And yes, it does have alot of calories, so it'll be a rare treat for me.

    I do not know where this falls in, but we have had issues with members getting sick from kissing, and I recall someone mentioning a shared drink straw in a gluten-free drink while their partner was eating a gluten meal.  Going by those two I would say just keep your own. >.> better yet just make a Gluten Free edibles.     I was going to say cigarettes but why lie any ways can you get gluten from sharing joints ? Like say you go to someone house and want to share a joint you rolled so you know the paper is safe and know for sure no dumby for crumbs in the weed . And as far as you know you haven't seen them eat anything how safe is it to share joints ? I haven't really left my house in like 3 months I'm scared well I went to Drs appointments and the grocery store but no where else
