Hope For Bloated Belly

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

After 10 months gluten free I am wearing a pair of pants that I haven't worn in years. I haven't lost any weight or anything, it is just that my waist is smaller from the bloated belly going away. So, there is hope! It isn't all the way back, and later in the day I may have to change my pants. I was going to try them on one more time and then give them to charity and found that they fit!

congratulations!

I was shocked also when I was clearing out the closet and put on some old pants and now have been able to pack away some of my larger items. Dresses look so much better on me that I even am wearing a few skirts. I went to Dicks with my kid and tried on a tennis skirt. It was black and looked so hot on me that I had to get it. Its great. My bf thinks I am wearing a skirt and i think I am wearing shorts. But I look so good in it that I wear it often.

I to love to see the bloat going away. At first I felt a little uncomfortable. Like something was missing, but now I am so glad that it is. My friends even have noticed. My fingers are not bloated and my toes are not bloated. It was odd getting use to my new face. I liked the old one and knew how to put makup on it. I actually ran around for a week asking people if they my face looked better. I though it looked odd because I was used to years of bloat on it. My eyes look bigger and my face is more of a rectangle then a circle. My cheek bones are even sneeking out again. It is not just the weight loss. I have lost much more poundage and still had a round face.

So far I have lost 14 pounds! and gained about 3 more days in the week do to all the new energy that I have.

Thank- you for giving me my life back! It seems odd that just two months ago I thought I was dieing . And now I have the energy to attack a few closets!
