Many of the ones I have tried are unappealing in either texture or taste and are expensive. I do like the Gillian's Rolls, the flavor is very good, but they are a bit crumbly. Many of the breads are much better if warmed up or toasted. Many of us prefer homemade bread. It is less work than baking gluten containing bread because there is only one rising for gluten-free bread vs. two for gluten bread. Also gluten-free bread requires no kneading. You can save time by mixing up baggies of the flours and dry ingredients and ahead of time and have mixes on hand. Although I haven't tried them, I hear that there are also some good mixes for purchase.

If you have a Whole Foods or Wild Oats nearby (same store) go there! This is by far the best and cheapest bread I've found! It is super delicious too, no toasting needed. I try to buy it fresh, but sometimes I can only get it frozen and have to defrost it in the fridge :( . It still is the best even when frozedn I just prefer the fresh. Whole Foods also has great muffins.

      Celiac Emotional Healing Support Group
       
       
       
      Again you are invited to join Johnny Patout, LCSW for Baton Rouge's first emotional healing support group meeting to assist those living with celiac disease manage the emotional challenges so many of us face. Most often the emotional disturbances include depression, disinterest in normal activities, insomnia, grief, mood changes, anxiety, inability to concentrate, extreme concern about managing a gluten-free lifestyle and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
       
      The professionals at Jamestown Avenue Counseling Center created the emotional healing support group to give us a safe place to begin to process our emotions and support each other as we heal emotionally while managing celiac disease and the resulting autoimmune disorders.
       
      The emotional healing support group meets every Thursday, 6:00-7:00pm, at the Jamestown Avenue Counseling Center of Baton Rouge. Jamestown Avenue Counseling Center is located at 4637 Jamestown Avenue, Baton Rouge, Suite B-1. Suite B-1 is upstairs.

    I do not know where this falls in, but we have had issues with members getting sick from kissing, and I recall someone mentioning a shared drink straw in a gluten-free drink while their partner was eating a gluten meal.  Going by those two I would say just keep your own. >.> better yet just make a Gluten Free edibles.     Yes, as much as they ever will.  I no longer need to use a walker to remain upright; however, I still have neuropathy in my hands and feet and poor balance.  My neurologist says I won’t ever regain full function as I have too much damage from years of being undiagnosed.  He feels I have had it my entire life, but I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 60.  I’ve had digestive issues since I was an infant, but in my late 20s I quit complaining about them to doctors as no one could ever find a cause.  I ju
    I was going to say cigarettes but why lie any ways can you get gluten from sharing joints ? Like say you go to someone house and want to share a joint you rolled so you know the paper is safe and know for sure no dumby for crumbs in the weed . And as far as you know you haven't seen them eat anything how safe is it to share joints ? I haven't really left my house in like 3 months I'm scared well I went to Drs appointments and the grocery store but no where else
