Southwestern Chicken Chili

4-15oz. cans assorted beans, drained (I used pinto, red, black and kidney)

1 1/2 cups frozen corn

1-15oz. can tomato sauce

1-6oz. can tomato paste

2-15oz. cans diced tomatoes w/green chilies, puree 1 can (or any spicy flavored tomatoes)

1 T. taco seasoning or chili powder, or to taste

1/2 cup dry instant brown rice, opt.

1 clove garlic, minced

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

1 or 2 cans water

Heat in a crock pot. Add more water if needed.
