Nutritonal Information

I successfully made some gluten free muffins last week (my unaffected husband said he'll eat them and they were good :o . ) I can't seem to find clear nutrtional information on the flours I used (just browsing the net). More specifically I'm wondering how these muffins would compare to muffins made with white wheat flour. More nutritious? Less? Much higher in calories? About the same? I'm just trying to get a feeling.

The recipe called for 2 cups flour and I used:

1 cup sweet sorghum flour

1/2 cup brown rice flour

1/2 cup plantain flour



Well...I couldn't stop thinking about it and did manage to figure out the calories would be about the same, maybe a little higher. I still don't know over all where they stand in comparison to nutrition.
