ugh, i just got my GI test results back....my gliadin antibody is still high even after being on the gluten-free diet - i have no idea where im getting gluten from. I had accidental gluten ingestion a week or so before the test so im wondering if that caused the jump.

Also found out I have clostridium difficile, a paraste and candida overgrowth...now i have to go on a strict sugar free diet and take a bunch of supplements - the good news is once all this is under control i might start feeling better. all the other markers for GI function were normal so thats good too

has anyone else had this test? its from Metametrix
