Non-stick Pans The Same As Teflon...?

Hey everyone,

Feeling SUPER brain foggy lately. I am staying at my Dad's house-- not a gluten-free house and am using these pans. He hardly ever cooks (im usually really scared about CC) and I'm being careful when I do cook. My stomach feels great and actually the best i has in years but my head is FULL of fog and it will not go away. I know some people only have brain fog type symptoms so maybe thats whats going on? ANYWAYS are the non-stick hard andonized surfaces porous like Teflon? Guess it wouldnt hurt to switch in the mean time.

The big issue with any nonstick pans is that they are usually scratched to some degree. That is a good hiding place for gluten.
