I received this result but no explanation. Input?

IgA blood 272 (78-391)

what does that even mean?? I called the dr 3xs in the course of 2weeks and still no response. thanks :)

It is probably the total IgA, based on the reference range. It isn't a test for Celiac, but helps determine if you are IgA deficient. If one is IgA deficient, then the IgA based Celiac tests are not accurate (tTG IgA, AGA IgA, EMA IgA, etc).

Based on your lab work here, it does not appear you are IgA deficient.
