Does anyone know if the test is negative how long one has to have gluten back in their diet before repeating the test? I absolutely do not want to go near it after the last three weeks of misery.

You should definitely be eating gluten when you are tested. I don't know if 5 days will mess with your results, though.

"Before being tested, one should continue to eat a diet that includes foods with gluten, such as breads and pastas. If a person stops eating foods with gluten before being tested, the results may be negative for celiac disease even if the disease is present."

"For all tests for celiac disease it is necessary that one is on a gluten-containing diet, or false-negative test results could be given."
