Chicken Ideas Please

I got the basic idea from the crockpot site referenced above. I took a can of frozen lemonade (thawed), six tablespoons of brown sugar and two teaspoons of balsamic vinegar. I heated that while I fried boneless chicken breasts. I sliced the breasts and served with the lemon sauce.

The crockpot site used half of these quantities but that left me wondering what to do with half a can of frozen lemondae concentrate. It also added an equal amount of ketchup as brown sugar and I dropped that.

This turned out to be as good as any lemon chicken I've had in a restaurant. I suppose the brown sugar could be reduced or replaced with white sugar to get a more lemon-looking sauce.
