I have been cooking Asian foods for a while and have a smattering of Vietnamese recipes in several cookbooks, but I just bought my first cookbook devoted to the subject.

Sweet heaven, there's no wheat, barley or rye.

Does anyone else do this? I cooked my first pho with the first onion that I grew from seed last weekend. Homegrown basil and mint, too.

I love firsts. :)

Vietnamese good. I haven't done much with it yet but it's great for people with celiac disease. I want to do the traditional pho making my own broth and such.
