Nutritional Deficiencies

So, none of my doctors know much about this- I am sure many of you are familiar with this particular frustration.

After 10 years of being misdiagnosed, I am finally getting better :D I am certain that their are some vitamin/mineral deficiencies I have due to malabsorption. Can someone please post a COMPLETE list of blood tests that should be run upon diagnosis? My doctorS  onlu run B12 and iron. Aren't there a whole host of vitamins and minerals that can be depleted in the body after 10 years of damage to the intestines? My son was just diagnosed as well, and I would like to give a complete list to his PED. She is not familiar with celiac disease, but is responsive at least :):) Thanks for your help!!

B1, B2, D, K, Copper, Zinc, Ferritin were others that my Celiac Doc ran during diagnosis. All were low on me.
