Are there ANY gluten-free breads to buy either in a store or online that don't need to be refrigerated or frozen?

I use Udi's bread now. I buy it in the freezer section of my health food store. All you have to do is just keep it frozen until you're ready to use the loaf of bread. Then you just take it out, let it defrost, and it can sit in the cuboard or on top of the refrigerator or in the bread box until you use it all up. I've had a couple loaves I've kept out for a week and a half to two weeks and they did just fine! Still tasted just as great two weeks later!!

Ener-G Light Tapioca bread does not need to be refrigerated or frozen. But it definitely needs to be toasted!
