Gluten Free Foods

Recommended Posts

WOW what great lists to have! These are actual normal foods laughs. I already eat a lot of them so now i don't feel so bad either....It can be a daunting process starting out....my hubby is just upset because now we wont be having Kraft mac and cheese all the time. He's such a big kid but I love him :) Are Gluten-Free pastas available at walmart too or do I have to go to a health food store for them?

Just use gluten free pasta and the cheese packet inside the box - check the ingredients, but you should be okay. You can also do the same on your own with some american cheese. There's lots of fun, easy recipes for homemade macaroni and cheese.

I buy my gluten free pasta at giant or Wegman's, it is about $3.50 a bag, depending on the brand.

Gluten free: Nov. 2009

Peanut and dairy free: Dec. 2009

Rediscovered dairy: March 2010 (in small quantities)

Peanuts added back: June 2010 (in small quantities)

according to your list - it says RC cola is safe - but I get a BAD reaction from it....Like I'm twisting in the neck. So I think it's best to double check with these products.

Just for caution's sake.

Take everything away from me - food, habits...take it all! But don't touch my bacon! You can NOT have my bacon!
