Hi, I was just diagnosed with celiac and I am very overwhelmed with trying to handle the many labels. Can anyone tell me can I an ingredient Monosodium Glutamate. I am reading different things. Also, can anyone refer to a good and updates food guide?

MSG does not have gluten so it is technically safe, but some people do not react well to it. for example, i am allergic to it. the reaction is different than a gluten reaction though. also, food guides are good to start off with but they are outdated quickly after they are printed so you can only trust yourself to read the labels, and do your research. some brands (all associated with General Mills for example) will clearly label all of the top allergens, including gluten. good luck and feel free to ask lots of questions
