Lots of folks here on this board eat McCanns without any problems at all. I have used them for my celiac disease son and he has also been fine. The easiest way to figure it out is to give it a try, but go with McCanns only, they are the only ones that are completely gluten-free.

Yesterday and today I tried about 1/4 cup of cooked oatmeal by McCann's. So far, so good!!!!! A wheeze is my usual red flag for gluten and dairy or too much of a good thing. My pattern is that if a new ingredient doesn't cause a wheeze within the first two days, then it won't at all. I will eat the oatmeal a third day but this is a great sign! :D:D
