Little-Known Condition, Celiac Disease, Usually Goes Undiagnosed - The Ledger

"Celiac disease is a lifelong, inherited autoimmune disorder, which means the body damages its own immune system."

To me this seems incorrect. It is not the immune system which is damaged, as in something like AIDS but rather the immune system that is triggered to turn on some part or parts of the body as a result of some stimulus, in this case dietary ingestion of glutens. So, while it is nice to have the article this information may need to be clarified.
