I Wonder...Hmmm....Could I Have It?

Recommended Posts

I have been sitting here thinking. My son's TGG&AGA rang high, and his TTGand IGG rang high. He has low Vit D.

Now, I have never been tested for celiac I don't believe. But I have anemia (severe) and constant fatigue.

I don't want to say that I am, but it makes you wonder. Some of the symptoms are familiar.

Maybe going on this diet will help me too in a non-celiac way.

I am rambling :)

Son officially diagnosed 3.18.10 with celiac biopsy results. age 12.

daughter, 10, diagnosed fructose intolerant 2009.

If you were wanting to get tested, now would be a good time to do it while still eating gluten. If you have any other children they should be screened to.

Me:
Celiac disease(positive blood work/biopsy- 10/2008), gluten free oat intolerent, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis/Disease, Raynaud's Disease

DS2(age 9):
celiac disease(positive IgA tTG, no biopsy- 11/2010)

DS1(age 13):
repeated negative bloodwork and negative EGD/biopsy. Started on a gluten free trial(8/2011). He has decided to stay gluten free due to all of the improvements he has experienced on the diet.
