What is the best gluten-free sandwich bread?

Udi's bread is amazing. It's moist and doesn't fall apart and thier muffins are the best.

I agree about the bread . . . haven't tried the muffins since we're happy with the ones I make. The Udi's pizza crust is good, too.

I like the Gluten Free Pantry bread mix. We have to make our own bread due to egg allergies. But Udi's bread is already made & pretty good.

Udis. You can eat this without toasting. It is wonderful and worth the price.
