Frickled Pickles

Hey Everybody!

I'm in such a great mood. I feel like who I remember I used to be :D

So, around the Holidays, I bought myself a very expensive deep fryer because I love homemade onion rings, frickled pickles, etc.

My question is ... is there any other kind of coating to use to fry things? I used cracker crumbs for the pickles and white flour  for the onion rings.

Thank you. Thank you very much. ;)

I think some people use Pamela's Pancake Mix to make fried onion rings....pretty close to the real thing. Fried pickles, never been there.

Domata Living Flour has a wonderful seasoned flour. We love to fry fish with it.

Choice Batter has a mix that is excellent , one is seasoned & one is plain for frying apples , twinkies & stuff like that.
