I'm trying to figure this out. I ate quinoa (for the first time in over a month) early in the day, then I had some Quaker cornmeal in a recipe I made that evening. About an hour after the cornmeal I felt very "glutened" - very sore joints, painful guts, etc. I'm hoping desperately that I got CC'd by Quaker, instead of my beloved quinoa being the problem... Thoughts?

We use arrowhead mills gluten free cornmill and really like it. For a quick mix, we use Pamela's gluten free cornbread and muffin mix. We really like both products.
