ok one of my favorite cereals is fruity pebbles. Then i found that the Fruity Dyno Bites cereals are cheaper

(from Walmart) but i dont know if they are gluten free as well please help!!

I wouldn't trust anything that's Walmart brand. We've tried things and have gotten glutened. Stick with what ya know.

What are the ingredients?? Malt (barley) flavoring is the one that's in most cereals that make them no good for us.

Walmart has started labeling their gluten-free stuff. Make sure it has the gluten-free label and that it doesn't have any 'made in the same plant as ....'

There are some really good gluten free cereals around. Bakery on Main makes a real good granola. They recently came out with some with oats but I would avoid those at first. Not all of us tolerate them. The cereals are pricey but really filling so you don't have to eat a lot to fill up.
