Bread Maker

I am going to buy my first bread maker to try to make gluten free bread. Does it matter if the bread maker has a "gluten free" setting or will any work just fine? Is there a bread maker that anyone would recommend?

Great bread and easy to use are my main priorities.

Thanks!

I also have a Cuisinart with a gluten free option - it works great. No more teeny tiny brick-like loaves for me!

What did you have before? I get the "teeny tiny brick loaves" too - not every time but enough that it is annoying....to the point where I want to throw my bread through the kitchen window... LOL!

Just let them rise & baked them in the oven. I don't think I ever had a successful loaf pre-breadmaker.

I just bought a Black & Decker Home Breadmaker with Gluten Free Setting. It has two paddles to get through the denser mixes, and the bread so far is very good! I have to play with the rising in the mix though...but I am very new at this, and it could be more the cook than the machine! Good luck :)
