Kinda pointless asking, but has anyone ever tried this?

It's cream cheese in a little package, just plain cream cheese - no extra ingredients etc. But I had quite a significant reaction - was scratching my skin off a few hours afterward, quite a nasty DH rash on my foot, but no GI symptoms. This was the only item that was new in my diet, hadn't eaten out or anything.

So I thought that was weird - reacting to what should be gluten-free cheese. I guess the packaging process can expose the cheese to CC. Oh well, back to the less convenient but just as delicious Philly cheese which I don't react to.

I am eating Kiri cheese sometimes and every time I have some  stiffness in my muscles,  and  arthritis-like symptoms such as joint pain, tenderness on my small hand joints,  Despite I have a sensitivity to dairy products, Kiri cheese has some additives  such as carrageenan which could be allergic.
