Diagnosis--Something To Be Thankful For

Recommended Posts

Last year at Thanksgiving--pre-diagnosis--I was so dizzy that preparing dinner for family and friends was difficult. My brother had just been diagnosed a couple of weeks before and as I worried about safely preparing lunch I never suspected that I would be positive, I just thought wow this is going to be one bad migraine with this much aura. I am so thankful this year that I know I am positive, the headaches and aura have gone, my family, now that there are four of us who are positive are better able to influence family get togethers, and I am so thankful I found this board. I am sure that without all of you I would not have been as successful this year. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! :-)

Four of you in one family? Sounds like our army is growing. Glutenfreeland to the top! :D

Proverbs 25:16 "Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it."

Job 30:27 My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

Thyroid cyst and nodules, Lactose / casein intolerant. Diet positive, gene test pos, symptoms confirmed by Dr-head. My current bad list is: gluten, dairy, sulfites, coffee (the devil's brew), tea, Bug's Bunnies carrots, garbanzo beans of pain, soy- no joy, terrible turnips, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, celery, strawberries, pistachios, and hard work. Have a good day! 🙂 Paul
