About a month ago, I was having digestive issues (diahrrea, upset stomach, pains in arms and chest, heart palpatations etc) Did an elimination diet about 2 weeks ago with meats and fruit and veggies. Started introducing one item a day. Only to find out last night that milk was the culprit. Did not drink milk for about 2 weeks, last night had about 3 ounces and I feel like I've been glutened. Was up this morning since 1 am. Did not go to work becasue I started with D at 3 am. Today I feel like crap. Can't get myself moving, still having stomach issues, pains in rib cage, gas, etc. I drink Lactaid fat free milk, becasue I could not handle regular milk. Why is this all of a sudden an issue after drinkg milk for almost 3 years on a gluten free diet? What milk could I try that might not affect me this way?

Thanks,

Wenmin

I wonder if you might have developed an issue with casein?

NOt real sure at this point, and really afraid to try anything that is remotely related to milk.
