Hi kbracing,

I currently live in Indiana but does it really matter where we live? There is a tremendous amount of support and information on this forum as you will see if you just ask. Your new lifestyle, not diet, is a difficult thing to adjust to but not impossible. Once you get past the foods that you can't eat, and you will, you will experience new, healthier, and better foods. Just give yourself time and stay involved in this forum. Also, you may want to look for a Celiac support group in your area. Google it on your computer and/or ask for some direction on this forum. Lots of people here to help so don't be shy. :D

Kbracing,

I do live in IL and would be happy to give you some encouragement. You said you were new to the gluten free lifestyle so you need to understand there is a bit of a learning curve to arrive at a place where you feel that you CAN eat what you used to eat, it's just been tweeked a bit! I can relate to the feeling but have realized that I really don't have to "live without" all that much. I live gluten and dairy free and can tell you I love to cook and bake and I don't bake or cook from a box. You are welcome to contact me by email and I will be happy to give you some support and help with getting back to feeling better about life and food!
