What Are The Common Signs Of Improvement

I'm on a gluten free diet for 7 months now.. When I was diagnosed I had lost about 30 lbs in just 3 months without even exercising! I had severer panic/anxiety attacks and felt miserable. Right now my anxiety has gone down quite a bit but do have symptoms sometimes. Also, I gained about 10 lbs back in the last 6 months, most of them gained in last 2 months! Is gaining weight a good sign that we're starting to absorb better? Any other common signs?
