Brownies Recipe

11/4cups Jules flour

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 unsweetened bakers chocolate squares

1/2stick of butter

2cups granulated sugar

Heat oven325

Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat. Beat eggs with sugar. Add melted chocolate and butter. Add flour and vanilla. Mix. Line 13 by 9 inch Pyrex dish with wax paper and spread out mixture. Bake 35 minutes. Take out and flip pan on another sheet of wax paper.

Ps: this has not worked with authentic foods flour, bobs red mill, pamelas or gluten free pantry. I have been working on this for months. Do not add baking powder, they will not come out. These are indistinguishable from the gluten free version of fudge brownies I have been making all my life. Enjoy! Wax paper also works much better for this than parchment.
