Weather Anxiety Improving

Before I quit eating gluten I would have sworn that I was "silent." Not so. It's just that the symptoms were subtle, and things that I never would have suspected were connected to gluten. One of them is anxiety - I live in an area that sees LOTS of severe weather in the spring, and also year-round. I HATE tornadoes. They scare the living &*($ out of me. But, going gluten-free has lessened my anxiety to the extent that I no longer stress for days ahead of "weather events." The last several years, I have had really bad stretches of anxiety due to the weather, starting in February and lasting until June. But this year has been different. I still am scared, and still get troubled on the days we have weather, but it is different and more manageable for me. I attribute it all to the lack of gluten. I just wanted to share! thanks

That is great news. GLuten free has definitely helped with my anxiety. Good luck and stay safe.

Glad to hear the anxiety is lessening for you. This spring has been horrible for storms with so much damage. I do hope this tornado season passes soon and that you stay safe.
