Been reading about this one myself, but I'm still torn :( The fact that they are in pill form for one goes against what I've been taught so far about liquid vitamins and for their fish oil they do not list the source or type of fish that the oil is derived from. Impurity is a big deal when it comes to fish oils unfortunately. They do split the dose of the multi into twice daily tho which makes sense to get the most out of the calcium portion which was a concern for me. Also, the addition of the enzymes and probiotics is interesting, but I thought taking those before meals were the key factor so in a multi it is perplexing to me.

It feels too good to be true I guess  , but I sure do want to believe it and give it a try none the less. I've been taking Country Life Multi and their calcium for nearly a year now, couldn't hurt to split off for a month huh? If I do go for it I'll be sure to give it a review ;)
