gluten-free Honeyville Almond Flour? Safe?

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

I called Honeyville because I couldn't find any information on if their almond flour is made at a facility that produces wheat. They said that it is but that they are very careful about keeping this product gluten free. Elana on her Elana's Pantry gluten-free cooking website recommends this one highly, but I just thought I'd ask if anyone has gotten a reaction to this?

Also, does anyone have any other brands they really like that are less expensive to order online?

I ran into the same thing. Their bulk package is packaged in a gluten free facility, but the online reviews weren't very favorable for it vs. the smaller package. I'm about 1/2 way through the package we bought and haven't had any adverse reaction.
