Found A Great Doctor In Phoenix/scottsdale, Az

Just wanted to let others who may be in the Phoenix area know about my doctor, as I know how hard it is to find a good one! I have known I had a gluten intolerance for about six years, but was only diagnosed with celiac about a year ago.

I have only been seeing her for a little over a month but already I feel ten times better, and my medications have gone from 6 to 2 a day!

Her name is Tricia Pingel, and she is an NMD, so she can still prescribe meds but tries to focus more on solving the problems you have so you dont NEED them.

here's her website: http://www.drpingel.com/

The details, for those who are interested...its a long story so I will try to condense!

I had to join this forum just to see if anyone was looking for a doctor...that's how happy I am with her! I have had problems ranging from ADHD, anxiety, migraines, countless stomach problems, rashes, etc. for years. At my first appointment, Dr. Pingel was confident that the majority of my problems were stemming from my diet and vitamin deficiencies. She took an inventory of EVERY symptom, where as before I had been seeing a psychiatrist who prescribed me 3 different meds for ADD, anxiety, and insomnia, a neurologist who prescribed me 2 different migraine meds, and my GP who was prescribing me countless antibiotics every time i was sick as well as b12 for self-injections.

It was so great to have one doctor who finally didn't make me feel like a hypochondriac!! Turns out I have quit a few vitamin levels that are borderline deficient (too low to feel good, thats for sure) celiac disease, an allergy to casein, and LUPUS! after one month i am completely off of Adderall, with very minimal ADD symptoms, able to sleep without ambien for the first time in years, my stomach feels 100 times better and the constant rashes are clearing up.

She doesn't take insurance, and the initial visit is about $150, but it is an entire HOUR long appointment. Subsequent visits are only around $50. As a freelancer, i totally get that this is a lot of money, but if you can find a way to afford it, i would absolutely recommend it.
