Casein Intolerance

Recommended Posts

My son tested positive for both gluten and casein intolerance on Enterolab testing. He has no symptoms that he is aware of from either. Because he knows of the damage that gluten can do even without symptoms, he avoids gluten.

He is not as careful, however, with casein because he feels that the problem with casein is only the symptoms and that there will not be any damage from using it. Is he correct or is he asking for trouble?
