How ironic. This article about a recipe mistake makes ANOTHER mistake when it says yeast contains gluten. Yeast does not contain gluten. <_<

The reporter who wrote the article is as dumb as Publix. Most commercial yeast is gluten-free. I'm glad it's just a recipe and not a product.
