i like store bot granolla's and i was wondering if someone had a good granolla homemade recipe i could try.

the granolla can have any fruit in it i dont mind, thank you all. ;)

I have a great and easy granola recipe I make every week.

4 cups gluten-free Oatmeal (not instant)

3 scoops ground Flaxseed (optional)

1 1/2 cups Agave Nector (Honey or Maple Syrup will also work and you can adjust based on how sweet you want this)

2 TBsp Coconut Oil

1 TSP gluten-free Vanilla Extract

Cinnamom

Sea Salt

Walnut's/Pecan's or any seeds you like

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour the oats on the paper. Put Flaxseed on top. Heat the Coconut oil, Agave and Vanilla together for about 1 min. 20 secs. in microwave and pour over Oat's. Stir completely and spread out on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle Salt and Cinnamon completely over the top and put in the oven for 10 min. Remove, stir and repeat with Salt and Cinnamon. Put back in oven for 10 min. Remove, stir and put chopped or whole nuts/seeds over the top of the mixture (I use whole walnuts and pecans). Put back in the oven for about 12 min. and remove. Let it cool before storing. You can also add dried fruit after cooking if you like or You can alter the baking times if you want a crispier granola.

My husband and I eat this every morning and love it!!! Hope you enjoy!!
