Did Anyone Else Feel Super Bloated When They Started The Elimination Diet?

This is my third full day of doing an elimination diet, (I say 3rd full day because I started with dinner, not breakfast) and I am so bloated feeling. Almost more than I've ever felt before. Does this happen when your body is getting rid of all the contaminants? Or is something else causing it?

I know I'm only a few days in, but I'd still like to know if this is normal when doing the elimination diet.

Bloating was a big issue for me. Some of it was because I was still ingesting some gluten without realizing it, some of it is withdrawal symptoms. I was bloated, dizzy, crabby and shaky. It didn't last long. The 2nd week was the worst, then it eased up.

Okay, I'm just ending my first week, so I'll hope for it to lessen as it goes on.
