Confused With Lables

Recommended Posts

As I am still in the first week of my son’s diagnosis, I am confused about meds. I have downloaded a list of meds that are okay but for example Flinstone's vitamins are NOT on the list but I can't see anything that would be the problem. There are these mono dextins and what not...is that the problem? Any one out there more experienced who can tell me the funky chemical names I have to be aware of as well?

This is a link to lists of safe and forbidden foods and ingredients. This will help you out of things that can be questionable.

Also the following brands save us alot of time because they will say wheat, rye, barley, or oats right on the label or they will be safe. They will not hide anything even under otherwise questionable things. So with these brands you do not have to spend a long time looking at the label...you just look for 1 of those 4 things.

Thanks Katie...

I love your scripture quote. I have hung on to that one for many years. No sure why or what the Lord has in store for our family as we live with this but I am excited to see what His plans are.

Thanks again.

Jennifer
