Do I HAVE to make all of my gluten free breads on the gluten free setting of my bread machine? Some recipes tell me to put it on the sweet bread setting, or other random settings and I get confused! I only have one gluten free setting on my bread maker... OH~ this question also pertains to the dough setting. I'm assuming that I can make gluten-free dough on the dough cycle, even though it's not a gluten-free cycle, right? I realize I'm sounding really stupid to many of you, but I'm new at this! My son was diagnosed in December. Other than that easy banana bread, I've never made bread before. I've never used a bread machine before either. I have the Cuisinart Convection Bread maker... THANKS! :-)
