Hello Everyone!

I've been gluten free for almost 2 months now. When I got the news my doctor didn't really give me any information, so I did a lot of research on my own.

I'm taking a general vitamin, and sublingual b12. Is there anything else that is crucial that I should take? I've been feeling amazing! I've had a few CC indcidents, but other than that, i've been feeling pretty good. I just want to make sure there's nothing else really important I should be taking, and I'm not.

Thanks!

Did your doctor do blood tests to check your vitamin levels? Mine checked my vitamin D, vitamin K and vitamin A to see if the celiac had affected any of those. If you are concerned you might ask your doctor to run vitamin level blood work. But, if you are feeling great with just a multi vitamin you should be fine.

I would add a fish oil supplement and D. Most of us need those..even those without Celiac.

I'm happy for you that you're feeling better. Keep doing what you're doing. :D
