Anyone Know Anything About Giant Eagle Rotisserie Chicken?

My mother has gone gluten free with excellent results. :) (darn doctors, ) -- Anyway, last night she and my dad had one of those roasted chickens from Giant Eagle (Pittsburgh). She had a return of symptoms overnight, which have totally disappeared since she went gluten free.

Unfortunately she didn't think of the chicken until I mentioned it, and my dad had already thrown away the label. I looked online and can find nothing, so I called the customer service people who are supposed to be calling me back, although they haven't yet.

Any Pittsburgh folks here know about these chickens? I always get Costco chicken when I visit them since I know that's gluten free but unfortunately my parents don't have a membership, plus they couldn't get their on their own since they don't drive anymore.

Anyway, just wondering if someone here would know. Thanks. :)

Giant Eagle Rotisserie Chickens have a gluten free rub, but cross contamination is possible during preparation.

I do not know much about the way Giant Eagle does things, but I do know a lot of similar stores like Winn-Dixie, Resibecks, Rouses, down where I am do not list theirs as gluten-free. I asked one time and their deli specialist advised me not to pick one as there was potential of cross contamination due to shared space.
