Help! I love baking and am in week 6 of gluten free. I've trie several flour mixtures but am still in search of one I love. Iwould like to make my own but im open to anything. I've tried bobs red mill and yuck! Pamela's was okay, better batter was good but I go through so much flour I need something a bit cheaper. I'm looking for good recipient for bread too. I like udis but I'm burnt out on their bread. Any help would be awesome!

I like this bread recipe and I'm not even gluten free - http://www.elanaspantry.com/paleo-bread/. It does not taste like "regular" gluten bread but I like it anyway - it's shorter and I think it almost has a nutty taste - but it goes together in minutes and is fairly healthy which is a bonus.
