We are waiting for the blood test results for our youngest son. If he tests positive should we all be tested?

Also is it safe for all of us to do a gluten free diet? (I know not to start yet).

Overwhelmed!!!

It would not be unreasonable to get everyone tested, and yes, a gluten free diet is safe, and generally very healthy since it involves a lot fewer processed foods.

yes, test everyone ( the Dr usually suggests this) then let extended family know if anyone else shows up positive.

My Aunt had stomach problems all her life and was finally dx at 64 (they never checked because she was overwt her whole life)
