Everywhere I read, it says Bluw Cheese is NOT Gluten safe..why is that? Whats in it?

And why are most Blue Cheese DRESSINGS ok??

I LOVE BLUE CHEESE so I am really sad :(

originally, the mold used to inoculate the cheese was grown on bread. This is no longer the case for any (except a few specialty) bleu cheeses. Eat all you want.

ooh yeay!

Thanks!!

I was having trouble with milk, cheese and eggs at first when I went gluten-free, just a week and 1/2 ago..but already I seem ok with cheese..not milk tho, like I couldnt down a glass of milk or even have a cup of ice cream, but solidish cheese has been fine. I love Feta, but love BC so much more. I am happy now :)
