Gluten Free And Vegetarian Recipes?

I am a vegetarian and have been since I was 11. When I was 13, I found out I was gluten intolerant. I'm 14 now and running out of recipes and stuff.

I mostly cook for myself cause my parents aren't vegetarians and don't eat gluten free. I'm ok with gluten free stuff (pasta, bread, etc) but since it's so expensive, I don't buy a lot of it. I consider it a treat.

Anyone have recipes? Or dinner/lunch ideas? Or breakfast or snack or dessert? Anything goes really. Just don't make it too exautic cause remember a 14 year old girl is gonna be cooking it on her own.

Well...we need a bit of info first. Do you do dairy and/or eggs?

Yes I eat dairy and eggs.

The only things I don't eat are meat and gluten

We don't do a lot of meat. Here are some that I do ... tofu with a peanut sauce over rice or gluten-free pasta, eggplant parmesan (I dip it in egg then an almond flour/spice mixture), mac and "cheese" with a cashew sauce, bean patties (can of rinsed and mashed northern beans, bread crumbs, egg, spices then pan fried in some olive oil), and quiche (can use gluten-free waffle fries as the "crust").
