Could This Be Dh?

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

I don't react severely to gluten. I was on a trip with my friends so I've been cheating a lot on gluten lately. This morning I woke up with this red rash on my face. It's under my cheek and under my nose. It's really red. It itched sometimes. Right now it stings.

What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Don't eat gluten. Don't cheat. Sorry hon, but you're doing damage to your intestines & need to be very strict about the gluten-free diet. The rash might be dh or it might be something else as celiacs have a tendency to skin problems.

Stinging, itching & burning are what dh does. It may be a pre dh rash.

You can get rid of it by being vigilant with your gluten-free diet.

Rash means that you react more to gluten than you believed you did
