Shake N Bake Honey Garlic Glaze

someone on these forums told me a few months ago that all glaze shake n bake is gluten free. I noticed on the Honey Garlic Glaze package it has Wheat statch. From what ive read, some countries consider wheat starch gluten free but Canada and the US dont consider it gluten free. Should I stay away from it?

I would. No scientific evidence.....just know I would think I was sick after eating it. :blink: :

Is it yummy? Maybe read the ingredients and you could find another way to make it? Like potato starch or corn meal instead?

I ate it thinking it was fine since I heard all glazed products are gluten-free. I didnt get sick but I never do when I have gluten. Kinda a blessing and a curse.
