-sigh-

I was feeling sooooo good yesterday and today, no tummy troubles or anything. So i decided to have my favorite meal for dinner.

My body, on the other hand, seems to have a mind of its own and decided it wasn't ready for something mildy rich.

Blast, back to plain jane for the next week.

Oh well, lessons learned, right?

So, i learned something new. You aren't supposed to eat spinage whilst getting over stomach issues.... bahumbug.

I honestly think it could be anything. I think it was volume...

I had steak and baked potato and green beans and dove chocolates. I should have stopped halfway through the meal because my stomach started cramping. But I was sooooo hungry.

Yesterday morning, same foods (minus potato) didn't cause an issue.

A bug is a bug is a bug.

Bad bug go away!!!!

So, working out today wasn't such a great idea. A very very light workout caused nausea for 6 hours. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow. Yay.
