As you all know, i had been sick, then doing better. Now i've had the cronic "C" for the past few days along with cramping.

I returned to my regular diet as of thursday, which included activia yogert. I ate one little cup of it and had a belly ache afterward. Now this. Its slowly getting better, but still -_____-

I played with fire and i got burned :/ Guess i won't be touching stuff from a shared plant again. Blast.

May not be that. I had a "relapse" of sorts after my bug. It hit me really hard after taking supplaments - vitamins, even digestive enzymrs, probiotics - same brand and bottle I'd been using. It was awful.

It's over 2weeks now and I'm just hitting "normal". And who knows how long that will last.

I wish i had my normal back.

I think you might be right that might have a role in it.

Why is it then when you get a bug, it messes up your bodys balance? Ugh.

I ate some prunes so hopefully that'll help along with my veggie filled planned dinner. I would take probiotics but my stomach does not like pills.

And i've beeen feeling like a slug for the past week. Sleep, sleep, sleep but it never stops TT_TT

Legumes can be a source of wheat contamination, but I assume that you use versions labelled "gluten-free."

You may want to look into Benfotiamine, which is the fat soluble version of B1.

Be sure all testing is completed before going gluten-free, that is, unless you are certain that gluten is the culprit and have decided not to eat it again. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

As a side note, it seems that medical science has evolved in the past 5-6 years regarding Celiac Disease, and I am now catching up. It seems that anything that disrupts the microbiome sufficiently enough can--in genetically susceptible individuals--lead to Celiac Disease. I have been reading now that antibiotics, excessive simple carbohydrates such as refined sugars and starches, the manner of birth such as C-section vs vaginal delivery, the diversity of one's diet, the presence of certain bacteria or viruses, can all contribute to microbiome dysbiosis, which can lead to Celiac. This is fascinating research.
