Recipe To Replace My Peanut Butter Cliff Bars?

I'm very newly diagnosed and gluten-free and would love to find something to replace the cliff bars I used to have when I was in a rush or didn't have much appetite. I loved the peanut butter flavor but all of them are heavy in oats and the website does not list them in their gluten free products. Does anyone have a recipe for a hearty, protein rich peanut butter bar?

I just made this one and it's yummy. You could probably do peanuts instead of one of the nuts. I did crasins for the raisins. Maybe sub peanut butter for the oil and choc chips for the raisins.

My daughter has switched to the Think Thin bars. They really aren't like Clif bars, but they are a small high protein bar that's convenient to grab and go.
